Set up inside an elegant neo-Guelph style building, dating back to the second post-war period, it unfolds in three rooms which display the funerary objects of three of the twenty tombs found in the Cugnolo district, near the hamlet on the southern side of the village.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;testo&#8221;]In the <strong>first room<\/strong>, where the tourist information point and the ticket office are located, there is the necropolis\u2019 oldest tomb, dating back to the Bronze Age (IX-VII century BC), belonging to a young man, between the ages of 17 and 21 years, buried with his little patrimony: a dagger of copper alloy and an artifact of flint.<br \/>\nThe <strong>second room<\/strong>, the largest one, houses the faithful reconstruction of a tomb belonged to a woman of the age of about 40 years, who probably lived in the V century and fulfilled a role of great importance inside the community. The tomb is the richest among the ones rediscovered in the excavations and it is characterized by the peculiar wealth of the patrimony and by the presence, on the basin, of the typical Picenum bronze ring with four knots, an object of unclear use but typical of high rank women\u2019s burials in southern Picenum area, perhaps linked to a religious symbolism. The image of the deceased emerging from the study is of an illustrious citizen of Palma community that could organize and participate in feasts and that could control economically the production and sale activities of fabrics, since she probably owned looms.<br \/>\nThe <strong>third room<\/strong> is dedicated to the relics of a child tomb datable to VI century BC, probably female, as you can suppose by the cowry (shell\u2019s valve) and by the pendant with little horses typical of feminine burials that probably worked as amulets.<\/p>\n<p>These relics open a new view over the antiquity of the presence of human communities in Torre di Palme and they represent an important discovery for the entire regional environment, with unexpected cultural contacts towards the entire Italian
